The Dunes is only available by booking the entire house. While we can provide additional servicing or catering if you wish, the property will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Privacy and seclusion are assured.
Please note the minimum rental duration for The Dunes is 2 nights.
Summer Rate (from the beginning of October through to end of March).
$NZ 650.00 per night. This rate is for up to six people using the three main bedrooms. Additional guests: $NZ 50.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 10 guests. Children not in cots are charged at the normal rate.
Winter Rate (from the beginning of April through to end of September)
$NZ 600.00 per night. This rate is for up to six people using the three main bedrooms. Additional guests: $NZ 50.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 10 guests. Children not in cots are charged at the normal rate.

Special Offer for one or two bedrooms only.
Two guests for two nights $750.00 in total including full laundry supplied and
cleaning so simply walk in and walk out.
Four guests for two nights $900.00 in total including full laundry supplied
and cleaning so simply walk in walk out.
Maximum Guests - 8 to 10 guests
Cleaning Fee - 2 to 4 guests $120, 5 to 8 guests $240, 8 to 10 guests $300
Cancellation Policy
In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges apply: if cancelled within 30 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged and if cancelled within 14 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.
